Stayed here for 6 nights and appreciated my choice. the hotel was just off Switzerland, train station and public transport. Piazza del Duomo was situated just 1 km away from the hotel.

Extremely spacious room, all in all had such wonderful stay.

I enjoyed the city and hotel, would return anytime. The property was the best base for enjoying a very quiet area, close enough to railway station, the castle and the ski area Grindenwald. The location was marvellous, overlooking city. Also, the hotel was 15 minutes drive from Spielplatz Strandweg.

This place offers spacious apartments with convenient gates, and is staffed by extremely helpful and friendly employees, situated in a fantastic location close to public transportation and the lake, as well as being near the Grindelwald ski area.

Honestly nothing to complain about. Spacious room, shower facilities, toiletries, and bath sheets in the room. Amiable staff and quick to respond. Particularly good and perfect location relatively near Spielzeugmuseum Spiez. Small restaurant.

The accommodation provided was clean, had the necessary bedding, offered a beautiful view, and a balcony; the staff members were friendly, and the location was convenient for exploring the surroundings.

the hotel's location is particularly good, as it is close to the railway station, ski resorts, ski area, and the lake with the castle.

We had a great time during our 2-night stay, in a spacious room with a balcony and stunning views.

The location was perfect for our romantic escape, being just a short walk from the train station. We were able to explore the beautiful surroundings easily and enjoy the stunning lake views from our balcony. The apartment itself was clean and spacious, providing us with a comfortable and relaxing stay. having a lock box and code allowed us the flexibility to check-in at our convenience without any hassle.

We encountered a few issues during our stay. it was a bit challenging to locate the apartment as there were no clear signs indicating the entrance.

The location of the apartment was very convenient, as it was close to the train station in Spiez. This made it easy for us to explore the surrounding area, including the nearby ski area in Grindelwald. the view from the balcony was also stunning, with a beautiful lake and Spiez Castle. the kitchenette in the apartment was well-equipped, allowing us to cook our own meals. the wifi worked well, and the main bedroom bed was very comfortable.

There were some minor issues with the apartment, such as the lack of a fan or air conditioning, which made it quite hot during the day. the bed and pillow covers were not very comfortable, and it would have been helpful to have more cleaning products provided.

The views were amazing, but not as amazing as the lack of response to my messages, the sweltering heat with no fans, and the lovely sound of chairs scraping on the floor all night.

My favorite part was finding hair in the bathroom and breadcrumbs on the floor. How thoughtful of the previous guests to leave me some souvenirs!

The apartment size is big, clean and comfortable. The lake view is amazing. Conveniently located near the train station. Well-equipped kitchen with cooking oil and detergent provided. Quick response and helpful staff.

Nothing not to love.
